Product Search - Orienta recognizes the importance for a Systems Integrator or Reseller to satisfy their customers needs. To that end, we will search and explore, on your behalf, for products to meet your customers specific needs.

Customized Solutions - Where customer requirments call for a specific, non-standard product; Orienta will assist in the design of a products to fit the need. We will supply several test units for evaluation andapproval. If the product does not meet the design specification, it may be returned at no cost. If accepted, we will manufacture and deliver the product as originally agreed.

Shipping - Orienta realizes the importance, also, of timely and economical shipping of products to our customers. Our experience has made us experts in dealing with both domestic shippers and international freight forwarders. Our knowledge in this area is a much valued service to our customers.

Returns - There are, in certain circumstances, valid reasons for return of product. In taht instance, we ask that you promptly inform us and request a return authorization number (R.A.N.) before shipping the product back to us. With that accomplished, we will accept the product and credit the cost to a future purchase or authorize a refund.
